First you must find and activate 5 switches hidden around the town. After this, a black Archer will appear in the corner closest to what appears to be the town entrance. After speaking with her 3 times she will challenge you to a fight. She is level 100, so she shouldn't be too hard for a group of level 40 or so characters.

Once she is defeated, she will act like a normal gatekeeper transporting you to stages. You'll only have access to 1-1 at first; other stages are not unlocked before you open up the Dark Sun World, even if you have completed the necessary condition prior to that.

Some Dark Sun World stages will automatically draw you in once you fufill the requirement. However, ''most'' of these stages will not do this if you are playing through the stage for the first time (though most stages can be opened). This is because story cutscenes take precedence over Dark Sun teleports -- if there is a cutscene following the completetion of a stage, you will not be automatically drawn in (or asked to enter upon completion of the stage) if you have opened it during the battle.

If you are using this list for dark hero days please note some stages that used to draw you in (9-1 for example) Will not automatically pull you in and instead give you the option. Other stages (such as 1-4) will still draw you in when you meet the requirement.
