==Story==
ULTRAMAN is a sequel to the original 1966 Ultraman tokusatsu show and an alternate continuity to the rest of the Ultra Series.

Long ago, Shin Hayata protected the Earth from alien threats after bonding with the alien Ultraman. Ultraman has since left Shin and made him forget his memories of their time together, however it bestowed Shin with an "Ultraman Factor" that passed on to his son Shinjiro. When Shinjiro awakens to his own alien abilities, he begins fighting evil aliens while donning the Ultraman powered armor.
