From a world dominated by superpower countries, to a world
where union states like EU coexists on equal footing.

With this Copernican revolution achieved,
humanity has learned the art of coexistence and mutual prosperity
and has now set sight on the next stage to be achieved.

In other words, the establishment of world federation.

What seemed like nothing but a pipe dream half a century ago is becoming a reality,
but with the rise of a generation that takes highly networked society and its benefits for granted,
it was beginning to feel like a reality

The year is 2035AD
After a long era of war
the world has finally began the dream of unification"

Nowadays, people who feels deep attachment to land that nurtured them
and takes pride in the people of their heritage

Their countries are all equally facing a brink of becoming "fallen nation"."

Prologue

Following a terrorist attack at Kure, an unknown man who proclaims himself to be the "Ho Yong-Hwa' from Chollima Fleet issues an ultimatum towards the Japanese government over their collusion with the US for an "one sided" reunification policy of their country ten years ago. As he finishes his speech, he left a small hint: "The missiles our fleet are possessing have unconventional warhead".
While the people at DAIS (Defence Agency Information Service) were ridiculed and puzzled over the ultimatum, they're also questioning what did Yong-Hwa mean by "unconventional warhead", perhaps it could be nuclear weapon? Daisuke Atsumi replies that given the mastermind calls himself Yong-Hwa, it's reasonable the warheads he mentioned are GUSOH.
